Girls in Tech Luxembourg is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sponsorship Volunteer to support the organization's sponsorship and partnership initiatives. The Sponsorship Volunteer will play a crucial role in preparing sponsorship and partnership proposals, defining sponsorship structures, creating invoices, and assisting with budgeting.
The sponsorship volunteering role will contribute to the financial sustainability and growth of Girls in Tech Luxembourg's programs and events.
Responsibilities:
1) Collaborate with the team to develop sponsorship and partnership proposals for events and initiatives.
2) Define processes & strategy documents as needed
3) Create structured sponsorship packages and partnership offerings tailored to the needs of potential sponsors.
4) Assist in identifying potential sponsors and partners aligned with Girls in Tech's mission and values.
5) Prepare professional invoices and documentation for sponsors and partners.
6) Work with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sponsorship funds.
7) Help with budgeting and financial planning for sponsored events and programs.
8) Maintain clear communication with sponsors and partners to ensure their needs are met.

Note 1: The volunteer will have the opportunity to continue supporting the association even after the 3 months, as long as he/she has the time to commit to the responsibilities of this role.
