This course will enable you to acquire the knowledge necessary to create and manage an organisation. You will learn about the legal bases and understand the role of the different actors (members, general assembly, board of directors, executive committee, etc.).

• How does a non-profit organization work?
• What are the legal and administrative obligations?
• What points do I have to consider in the preparation and follow-up of my Annual General Meeting? Etc.

• Drafting and approval of articles of association
• Appointment of directors
• Minutes
• Formalities relating to the organisation of the GA and the Board of Directors, Responsibility of members, etc.
