Founded on 2024, our goal is to provide quality training and tackle today’s pressing societal challenges in Luxembourg and across Europe. Our mission is to promote and provide trainings that foster intercultural dialogue, inclusivity, and community engagement for professionals, local community members, youth, and more.

Vorstellung unseres Vereins

Programs:
1. Training on Intercultural Learning
We design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that are dynamic, engaging, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each group.
2. Coaching on Organisational Inclusive Growth
We offer coaching for organizations and institutions on program and policy for diversity management and non discrimination.
3. Fostering Community Participation
We empower communities to foster participation, inclusivity, and respect for diversity.
4. Developing Youth Work
We train youth workers to support young people in their personal and social development, follow the trends of youth sector nationally and at the European level
5. Research and Innovation in Education
Our work includes pioneering research and developing innovative approaches in intercultural dialogue and lifelong learning.
