The Life Terra foundation plants trees. Our goal is to plant 500 million trees in Europe. Trees are still the cheapest natural solution to climate change, besides also increasing soil and ecosystem health, water retention and reducing temperatures. We want to include as many people as possible in our project, so Let's Plant!
On Monday the 25th of March we will be hosting a planting event near Wincrange. For this project we are working with a local landowner who wants to plant a biodiverse forest on a plot of land that was affected by the bark beetle. We will be planting 1850 trees in 18 different species. We will start planting at 13:30 and continue untill around 16:00. We hope to include as many trees as possible in that time. We will have gloves and spades available for everyone, so just bring clothes that are allowed to get dirty and sturdy shoes. We would love for you to join us!
