The FC Alisontia Steinsel is a Luxembourgish football club founded in 1933 and based in the municipality of Steinsel, in the heart of the Alzette Valley. Its name, Alisontia, comes from the Latin name of the Alzette River (Alison), which flows through the region.
Proudly wearing its blue and white colours, the club is deeply rooted in local life and has embodied, for decades, a true school of football and sporting values.
Over the years, Alisontia Steinsel has progressed through various divisions of the Luxembourg football championship, steadily climbing the ranks thanks to the commitment and passion of its members. Today, the club competes in the Division of Honour (Ehrenpromotion), the second tier of Luxembourgish football.
The FC Alisontia Steinsel relies on a comprehensive youth development structure, with numerous teams ranging from baby football for the youngest players (U5) up to the Cadets (U17), as well as women’s teams that are growing steadily.
