The Federation’s mission includes, in particular:
- to develop and disseminate the concept of Sport Santé in Luxembourg, particularly in the context of secondary and tertiary prevention of diseases and pathologies;
- to promote therapeutic physical activities by disseminating and multiplying the forms of practice offered to the public;
- to promote, guide and coordinate systems and structures offering therapeutic physical activities and, if necessary, to manage them itself;
- support the training efforts for instructors and other supervisory staff;
- to promote excellence in good practices in therapeutic physical activity among its members; to support and value its members;
- to represent its members before public bodies with regard to Sport and Health.
