Good Games Luxembourg is an association dedicated to bringing together people who feel at home in geek culture. Whether it's gaming, tabletop games, pen & paper RPGs, board games, trading card games, anime, movies, cosplay, or Twitch streams, the association provides a welcoming space where like-minded people can connect, share their passions, and build new friendships.
A key mission of Good Games Luxembourg is to bring people together beyond the digital world. Many friendships are formed online and last for years without the people ever meeting in person. The association aims to give these friends the opportunity to finally meet face-to-face, create lasting memories, and strengthen the bonds they have built online.
In addition, Good Games Luxembourg strives to foster a strong sense of community within geek culture and create an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of age, background, or experience. Through regular events, game nights, movie and anime evenings, shared Twitch stream watch parties, and other community activities, the association helps people reconnect, make new friends, and celebrate the hobbies and interests they love together.
At the moment, most of Good Games Luxembourg's activities take place online. This allows as many members and interested people as possible to participate, regardless of where they live or their availability.
At the same time, we are working on expanding our activities. In the near future, we plan to organize local events where our community can meet in person, connect, and share their passion for geek culture. Our goal is to bring together the online and offline worlds and strengthen our community.
To make these local events possible, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who are willing to contribute their time and skills. Whether it's helping with setup and teardown, catering, managing consoles and gaming areas, or supporting other event tasks, every helping hand is greatly appreciated. Together, we can create memorable events and build a strong, welcoming community.
