Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering

MakerBuzz is Luxembourg's first and only mobile makerspace. It reaches out to young people and adults in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, offering introductory and advanced workshops in the fields of technology, science, and creativity.
All of our activities are presented at: www.makerbuzz.lu

To ensure the smooth running of these workshops, we are looking for a volunteer to handle administrative coordination.

Main tasks:
- Coordinating workshop dates between MakerBuzz coaches and our partners (municipalities, schools, clubs, associations, etc.)
- Monitoring availability, scheduling appointments, and updating information
- Organizational communication with various contacts
- Contributing to the smooth logistical running of activities

Required profile:
- Organized, thorough, and reliable
- Comfortable with planning, calendar management, and communication
- Sense of responsibility and commitment
- Administrative experience is an asset, but not essential

Optional: For those with a particular interest in DIY activities, crafts, or technology, the role can be extended to include:
- Preparing materials for workshops
- Managing MakerBuzz equipment and stock
An introduction to digital manufacturing machines (3D printing, laser cutting, etc.) can be provided.
