Contribute to the smooth operation of SIDEC by providing administrative support to the team, facilitating the organization and monitoring of activities, and managing the documents necessary for the association's operations.
General Responsibilities The volunteer will assist the SIDEC team in the preparation, development, and monitoring of its projects at the local, national, European, or international levels.
Main Responsibilities
Help identify calls for proposals and funding opportunities; Conduct research to support project preparation; Help draft and format project proposals; Assist in preparing presentations, concept notes, and documents for partners; Support the identification and monitoring of partners; Help collect and organize the information needed to monitor projects; Assist in preparing reports and materials to showcase project results; Provide ad hoc support for monitoring SIDEC’s international cooperation and solidarity projects.
