Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering
Do you have a knack for making images speak? What if your creations could also give a voice to solidarity?
At the Alain KABULO Social and Cultural Center, we believe that an image can raise awareness, that a video can inspire commitment, and that a compelling story can motivate people to take action.
Our international solidarity organization supports educational, cultural, and local development projects, particularly in the village of INKO, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
We’re currently looking for two passionate and experienced volunteers in graphic design AND video editing to join our Communications team.
Our goal? To make our communications a true driving force for solidarity!
🚀 Your mission, should you choose to accept it!
Working alongside our Communications team, you’ll help bring our projects to life and tell the human stories behind them.
Specifically, you’ll:
🎨 Design eye-catching graphic materials: posters, social media visuals, awareness campaigns, and event graphics.
🎬 Produce dynamic video montages: testimonials, interviews, reports, short-form videos, and awareness-raising content.
📺 Help create our future YouTube channel by developing visual formats that inspire people to learn more about our work.
💡 Suggest creative ideas and help evolve our visual identity.
🤝 Collaborate with volunteers from the Communications team and other teams within the organization.
Here, we love great ideas. But we love seeing them come to life even more!
💪 The talent we’re looking for
You might be the person we need if:
You’re proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents).
You have hands-on experience in both of these areas and can showcase some of your work.
You’re creative, self-motivated, organized, and responsive.
You know how to take initiative, meet your commitments, and work as part of a team.
You’re eager to put your skills to work for a cause that goes beyond your screen!
You don’t need the perfect degree. What matters is your expertise, your commitment, and your desire to create with us.
