Le Trait d’Union ASBL, based in Rodange, develops social and educational programs primarily aimed at children, young people, and their families, particularly when they find themselves in vulnerable situations. The association seeks to promote well-being, independence, inclusion, and social ties, as well as to prevent school dropout, isolation, and disruptions in educational pathways. It also aims to build connections between young people, families, schools, and various social and institutional stakeholders. Your nonprofit is well-known in Rodange.
To increase its visibility and raise awareness of its initiatives, Le Trait d’Union is seeking a volunteer Community Manager.
The role will involve managing and updating our Facebook and Instagram pages, creating engaging posts and visual content, helping to update and enhance our website, and promoting our projects, initiatives, and events. The volunteer will also be able to advise us and propose new ideas to gradually develop the organization’s digital communication strategy. We are looking for a creative, independent, and organized person who is comfortable with social media and digital tools. Experience or skills in communication, graphic design, photography, video, or content creation are a plus.
Fluency in French is preferred. Knowledge of Luxembourgish, German, English, or other languages spoken in Luxembourg is also an asset, to help ensure our communications are accessible to the diverse audiences we aim to reach.
This role can be carried out in person in Rodange and/or remotely, depending on the association’s needs and the volunteer’s availability. The terms and frequency of the commitment can be determined together.
