Special Olympics Luxembourg regularly organizes sporting events and activities throughout Luxembourg. To help us make these events a success, we’re looking for volunteers willing to lend a hand.
The tasks can be quite varied. For example, you can help us prepare for an event, welcome participants, direct visitors, or support the team throughout the day.
Here are some of the things you might do: • help set up and organize the event spaces; • welcome and direct athletes, participants, and visitors; • lend a hand with various practical tasks; • support the team during the event; • help create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
You don’t need to be a sports expert to join us. Above all, we’re looking for motivated, reliable people who are available and enjoy working with others.
Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and competition for people with intellectual disabilities, helping athletes build fitness, courage, joy, skills, and friendship while sharing their talents with families, communities, and fellow athletes worldwide, and fostering inclusion.
