Ensure rigorous and transparent financial management that complies with the association’s obligations, in order to monitor its financial situation and ensure the proper use of its resources.
Financial Management and Monitoring: • Oversee cash inflows and outflows. • Ensure the rigorous and compliant use of the association’s funds. • Ensure the association’s financial health. • Review the accounting records • Prepare financial statements and budget monitoring reports. • Participate in the development of the projected budget in accordance with the agreement • Present the financial situation to members, particularly at the general meeting. • Ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations • Prepare grant application packages.
