Linking Artisanship and Inclusion

Presentation of our organisation

Le Jardin des Possibles is a non-profit organization that promotes lava enameling, both as an art form and as a tool for informal learning of spoken French, through its Pierres et Partage workshop.

We have two departments:
1- Language courses, mainly French and Luxembourgish, approved by the Adult Education Service of the Ministry of National Education
2- The Pierres et Partage workshop, after being selected for a national action plan by the Ministry of Family Affairs, we work with the National Office for Social Inclusion, which funds this activity.

The project takes into account different aspects of integration, combining immersion in French, creativity, group dynamics, and technical achievements. Working with enameled lava requires creativity, technical skills, and teamwork. Our goal is to re-motivate and re-energize Revis beneficiaries registered with ONIS. By building on their existing skills, the workshop helps them develop greater self-confidence and self-esteem.
The group is made up of participants from different backgrounds and with different mother tongues, so French is the working language of the course. We work with people who have different levels of French, thanks in particular to the use of collective intelligence.
