Making a commitment to a child through the TANDEM programme

UP_Foundation

TANDEM is a mentoring programme that pairs a child aged 8 to 10 with an adult mentor. During one year and over the course of 21 meetings, the tandem thus formed shares extracurricular activities of all kinds. This adventure allows the participants to discover new passions and new horizons.

The Listening, Support and Social Inclusion Centre of La Main Tendue a.s.b.l. Angela is looking for volunteers from the psychosocial field. The volunteer will provide listening and therapeutic support to beneficiaries in a congruent, caring and non-judgemental manner.

Call for volunteers: Winter Action 2024/2025

The 2024/2025 edition of the Winter Action is organized by the Luxembourg Red Cross, Hëllef um Terrain and Inter-Actions to help the most needy in our society during the period of extreme cold. This action will make it possible to offer homeless people night shelter in the Findel emergency structure.

We're looking for volunteers who are prepared to visit the Heiderscheid reception centre for asylum seekers at least once a week to talk in French.

Volunteer for the Iris service (to combat loneliness)

We are looking for volunteers (especially in the centre and north of the country) for the Iris service, which provides support for anyone affected by loneliness. 20 hours of training are offered in October.
