Organising Nordic Walking outings for seniors at Mëllerdall

We're looking for a motivated person who would like to organise Nordic Walking outings for senior citizens once a week on Wednesdays from 9.30am to 11.30am in the Mëllerdall region. It would be a good idea for the person to choose the paths in advance and perhaps walk them once to make sure they are suitable for senior citizens.

Assistance & support with daily activities

Volunteers help residents with daily activities such as dressing, meals, personal care and housework, encouraging their individual needs and independence.

Swimming pool support

Volunteers organise joint events at the pool, in which people with and without disabilities can take part.

Leisure activities

Volunteers organise and lead leisure activities for residents (e.g. walks, crafts, music, cooking or excursions).

Tax return for social assistance recipients

The Social Welfare Office would like to offer help with filling in tax returns for social welfare recipients.
