Your role will be to welcome families, explain the rules in simple terms, and help both children and adults enjoy the games in a friendly, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.
As part of Pride Family Day, the CIGALE LGBTIQ+ Center is looking for volunteers to help staff the Wooden Games area. Your role will be to welcome families, introduce the different games, explain the rules when necessary, and ensure that the area remains enjoyable and accessible to everyone. No specific experience is required. Above all, we’re looking for people who are comfortable interacting with the public, patient, energetic, and good with children and families. Several 2-hour shifts are available: 10 a.m.–12 p.m. • 12 p.m.–2 p.m. • 2 p.m.–4 p.m. • 4 p.m.–6 p.m. You can volunteer for one or more shifts depending on your availability. Pride Family Day is a festive, free, and inclusive event open to all families that celebrates the diversity of family structures.
