A volunteer to assist the Steering Committee with its administrative work (4 hours per week)

About us: We are a dedicated cycling club whose mission is to promote the joy of cycling and support our members in achieving their athletic goals. Our team consists mainly of young cyclists, their parents, and volunteers who work together to create a welcoming and thriving association.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated volunteer to support us in administrative tasks.
This includes:
– Updating member information
– Assisting in the preparation of meetings and events
– Writing meeting minutes
– Managing correspondence
– Helping with the website and communication channels
Good computer skills, organisational abilities, and an interest in cycling are appreciated. The time commitment is flexible and can partly be done remotely.
