We are currently looking for about 10 volunteers to help us organize and ensure the smooth running of these two days.
For our event taking place on June 26 and 27, we are looking for about 10 motivated volunteers to help us organize and ensure the smooth running of these two days.
When?
June 26: venue setup between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM (flexible hours; partial participation is possible)
June 27: Festival day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Presence requested between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM
Option to participate for part of the day
Venue breakdown between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM
Proposed Tasks
Depending on your availability, you may be asked to:
welcome and direct visitors
guide the public to the event venue
provide logistical support (setup and takedown, practical assistance)
assist presenters
support the coordination team
manage visitor flow and ensure activities run smoothly
gather feedback from the public
June 26 will be primarily dedicated to logistics.
June 27 will focus on welcoming, guiding, and coordinating.
Desired Profile
We are looking for volunteers who are comfortable speaking French and English, are dynamic, reliable, and have good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
