As a member of our Board of Directors, you will play a key role in shaping the future and governance of our association. Your main responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the association's strategic direction and long-term vision. Participating in Board meetings and key decision-making. Promoting ethical governance and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg legislation and the association's statutes. Supporting the association's growth by fostering partnerships, fundraising opportunities, and networking. Acting as an ambassador for the association within your professional and community networks. Monitoring the impact of our programmes and contributing to their continuous improvement. Acting with integrity, in the best interests of the association, while maintaining confidentiality.
