Your role will be to welcome patients, relatives or visitors at their request, and to guide and direct them to their destination in the buildings on the various CHL sites.

Qualities of a volunteer :
- You want to help others
- You enjoy working in a hospital environment and being in contact with patients
- You are dynamic, empathetic and open-minded
- You are calm and collected
- You are discreet and tactful
- You respect the duty of confidentiality
- You are fluent in one of Luxembourg's official languages.
To be part of the team, you must :
- Be at least 18 years old
- Agree to give at least 8 hours a month or a maximum of 8 hours a week of your time
- Participate in an initial training session and site visit
- Wear an identification badge provided by the CHL
The CHL offers training in the form of modules on the following subjects:
The Luxembourg healthcare system, hospital hygiene, data protection, positive communication, "what to do in the event of ...", etc.
