We are looking for volunteers to help us check our equipment in the activity room.
We are a small facility in Bertrange that houses about thirty people seeking international protection.
We have a room equipped with several computers and printers, as well as a lounge area with a TV and a game console. Over time, some of the equipment seems to have stopped working properly or needs adjustments.
We are looking for a volunteer with some computer and multimedia skills who could come and assess the condition of the equipment:
check that the computers and printers are working;
check the wiring and connections;
test the TV and game console;
let us know what is still functional, what needs repair or replacement, and, where possible, show us how to get certain equipment working again.
Your help would allow us to offer residents better access to computer tools, information, and recreational activities.
