Do you enjoy researching historical documents? Are you interested in social involvement in Luxembourg? Then this project is for you!
The local character of the Red Cross is conveyed through some twenty Local Sections spread across the country. We want to retrace their history from their creation to the present day. Like a historian, you will be responsible for gathering information on the history of the local sections of the Luxembourg Red Cross. To do this, you will have access to various sources of information: you will be able to consult archives, newspapers, correspondence, maps and photographs. You will also visit people's homes to gather their testimonies. Your research will then be summarised in a permanent document. It could even be a documentary - it's up to you!
