Tasks:
- Setting up the booth at 10:00 a.m. and/or taking it down at 4:00 p.m.,
- Staffing the booth (duration depending on the volunteer’s availability)
Objectives: to raise awareness of our association’s work in Luxembourg (on impact philanthropy or how to give effectively) and in the Democratic Republic of the Congo through educational micro-projects at the Green Mango Center in Katanga (greenmango.odoo.com) (after-school support, digital literacy, language classes, and art appreciation), entrepreneurship (sewing and the circular economy), and environmental protection (beekeeping, agroecology, and recycling). Our slogan is “helping those who help themselves”; our mission is to foster self-sufficiency through temporary support, hence the name of our association, Coup de Pouce.
