At ARK group, we are committed to encouraging creativity and providing quality art education in our Lighthouse Art studio and are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team as Art Course Helpers to support our art courses and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Location: Luxembourg City
Timetable : Saturday Morning, 9.00am to 12.30pm
Start date: 15 September
Role and responsibilities:
As an Art Course Assistant, you will assist in the smooth running of our art courses. Your duties will include::
Helping the art teacher to prepare and organise lessons.
Supporting students in their art projects and providing advice where necessary.
Assisting students with special needs or individual requirements.
Contributing to classroom management and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
Welcoming parents and children, checking registrations and payments.
We are looking for volunteers with :
Good interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
The ability to work effectively with children and young adults.
Experience or an interest in arts education is a plus.
Reliability and commitment to scheduled times.
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:
Gain practical experience in an arts education setting.
Contribute to the development and enjoyment of pupils' artistic skills.
Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals and volunteers.
Enhance your CV and make contacts in the arts.
