Responsibilities :
1. To set up and keep up to date the individual files of members of the Association.
2. Coordinate the recruitment, induction and integration of volunteers.
3. To monitor the skills and training needs of the team.
4. To manage any conflicts or problems relating to interpersonal relations.
5. Propose actions to strengthen the cohesion and motivation of volunteers.
