Our library offers comprehensive services to our members, including access to valuable information and media management. To keep it running smoothly, we are looking for motivated volunteers to actively support our team and help ensure that our library remains a place of knowledge and support.
Areas of activity for volunteers:
- Telephone service: answering queries, passing on information
- Media management: burning CDs, organizing and archiving them
- Member services: helping members to use the library, providing information on offers and listening to your concerns
- General administrative tasks
- Help with documentation and organization of library collections
What you should bring:
- Enjoy dealing with people and have good communication skills
- Reliability and a structured working method
- Basic computer skills, e.g. working with Word, Excel and library software (training is available)
- Interest in organizational and administrative activities
