📣 Passerell is seeking a volunteer with a background in finance/accounting who would like to contribute to the good governance of the association as a member of its Board of Directors!
👉 Passerell is an association active in the defence and exercise of fundamental rights for vulnerable people in Luxembourg. As a member of the association's Board, you will support the four current members in the development of projects and the governance of the association, particularly in the financial area:
☑️ making strategic decisions concerning the functioning and development of the association
☑️ monitoring and validating financial documents (annual accounts, provisional budget, financial report)
☑️ strategic and financial supervision
🔎 We are looking for someone with experience in finance/accounting who shares Passerell's values and is available on a regular basis to attend Board meetings and follow up between them.
