To reinforce our Board of Directors, which currently consists of three members, we are seeking an active member to assist us with the administrative management of the association and the supervision of our staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in both of these areas, and legal knowledge is a plus.

To strengthen our Board of Directors, which currently consists of three members, we are seeking an active member to assist us with the administrative management of the association and the supervision of our staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in both of these areas, and legal knowledge would be a definite asset. Board meetings are held quarterly, and meetings with the team of three staff members occur at the same frequency. The volunteer’s responsibilities include assigning tasks among the team and ensuring they are carried out. The volunteer also contributes to the association’s strategy and future development. Work within the Board is conducted collaboratively.
