Our rugby club is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help coach or assist our coaches on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
Your role:
- *Supervise and support*: Help organise training sessions, assist coaches with exercises and encourage players.
- *Share your passion*: Pass on the values of rugby and inspire players, whether they are beginners or experienced.
- *Build relationships*: Promote team cohesion and support the personal development of each player.
- *Get involved in the community*: Participate in the club's activities and play an essential role in training future generations.
