To provide signalling at crossroads in the woods and on minor roads along the route of the UCI gravel cycle race taking place on Saturday 21 June in Vianden. Many current and former professional riders will be present.
The aim is to ensure the safety of runners on the race route, mainly at crossroads, but also to warn them of any obstacles or dangerous places. Most of the route passes through forest, but there are also some roads. The volunteer's mission is therefore one of prevention. Volunteers will be provided with the necessary equipment and a lunch pack including food, drink and a volunteer T-shirt.
