Do you love social media and believe in the power of human stories? Join us in raising awareness for our association and its first major project: a book and traveling exhibition that tells the story of how 77 people of 24 different nationalities transformed their lives by working in an inclusive restaurant.
Your role: Promote Mémoires en Voyage and the “Chiche!” project on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by telling people who we are, what we do, and the adventure of this project as it unfolds—from cooking workshops to participants' testimonials, from the design of the book to the preparation of the exhibition.
What you will do in concrete terms:
Promote the association: create content to present our mission, our values (sharing, inclusion, compassion, respect), and our approach to life stories.
Tell the story of the “Chiche!” project: publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels) that makes people want to follow this adventure.
Share behind-the-scenes content: show the cooking workshops with migrants, highlights from the collection of testimonials, and progress on the book and exhibition
Capture moments: take photos and short videos with your phone during events (if you are comfortable doing so)
What we are looking for:
You are comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (no need to be a pro, just know how it works!)
You enjoy telling stories and creating content that touches people
You want to support an association that promotes integration, collective memory, and intercultural dialogue
Bonus: you know how to take cool photos/videos with your smartphone
What you get out of it:
Help raise awareness of a young association with a social and cultural impact
Develop your digital communication and storytelling skills on a real-life case
See the direct impact of your work (community growth, public engagement, project success, etc.)
Be associated with an innovative project supported by Luxembourg institutions
Have autonomy and creativity in your mission
Commitment: A few hours per week depending on your availability (ideally 2-4 hours). Remote volunteering is possible with a few in-person moments to capture key events. Regular mission over 12 months.
