Through sports activities, we offer residents a chance to enjoy a sense of well-being and camaraderie, promoting physical activity and social connections in a safe and accessible environment.
Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering
We are looking for volunteers who would like to lead activities—based on their skills and interests—such as Zumba, Pilates, yoga, or any other low-impact physical activity suitable for the participants. Sessions can be held on a regular or occasional basis, depending on the volunteer’s availability and the project’s needs. Above all, we’re looking for motivated, energetic, and caring individuals who are comfortable leading group activities and able to adapt exercises to participants’ varying skill levels. Experience or training in one of the offered disciplines is a plus but not required: what matters most is a desire to teach, share your energy, and create positive experiences with the residents. Throughout their volunteer term, volunteers will be supported by the social services team, which will ensure the activities run smoothly and will be available to answer any questions or provide support.
