Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering

We are currently strengthening our team and actively seeking volunteers who will have decision-making power.
Our mission is to promote the social and professional integration of Luxembourg's most disadvantaged citizens, and we are also developing international missions to promote well-being around the world.
For this reason, we need volunteers who can perform functions such as:
- SOCIAL WORKER (must speak the country's three languages) who can inform beneficiaries about their rights and provide them with the best possible guidance, as well as liaise with the various social actors in Luxembourg.
- NATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR (must speak the languages of the country, especially Luxembourgish and French) who can develop programs in line with our social objectives and maintain strategic relations with Luxembourg's national institutions.
- INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR (French, English, any other language welcome) who develops and ensures the implementation of charitable projects in vulnerable countries in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and certain African countries.
-COMMUNICATIONS AND FUNDRAISING OFFICER (must speak the languages of the country, especially French and Luxembourgish, and also have a good level of English) acts as the interface for the non-profit organization, maintains relations with the country's media, participates in and represents the non-profit organization at press conferences, manages and updates social media, presents our non-profit organization's projects to potential donors (including public and private actors in Luxembourg) in order to obtain subsidies, financial donations, and material donations (all types of products that companies can donate in the event of bankruptcy). The person in this position will be comfortable with public speaking and working in a team, as their work is closely linked to that of the NATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR.
- TREASURER (French, Luxembourgish) - bookkeeping

IMPORTANT NOTE: You manage your time as you wish. We have weekly meetings every Thursday with beneficiaries between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. We can meet afterwards for 2-3 hours to work on projects together and hold team meetings. The rest of the time, you can work remotely. We have a room provided free of charge by the city council, which we can use once a week. In the future, we will be able to rent premises and provide offices for permanent employees.
