We are looking for a volunteer who would be interested in giving support lessons to a 10-year-old girl from a family benefiting from international protection.
At least once a week, give an hour's tutoring in German and French. The girl needs to improve her level in German and French to avoid having to repeat a class.
Practical tasks:
Help with homework in class
Conversation in German
Read aloud by the child and help with pronunciation of words
Reading a story aloud to the child, then asking questions to encourage listening and comprehension.
