Médecins du Monde Luxembourg is currently looking to strengthen its team of volunteer receptionists. The volunteer receptionist will be responsible for receiving patients during medical and social consultations at its Centres d'Accueil, Soins et Orientation (CASO) in Esch-sur-Alzette and Luxembourg-Bonnevoie.
Regular mission
MAIN TASKS
Administrative support (reception, sorting and analysis of accounting documents)
Encoding, digitising and archiving documents
Helping to develop accounting and administrative procedures
WHERE AND WHEN?
3 or 4 hours a week, during the day, at our medical centre in Esch-sur-
Alzette
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in management, administration, finance, accounting or similar
Experience in an administrative environment would be an advantage
Be autonomous and have an eye for detail and initiative, and be able to work methodically.
methodical manner
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Flexibility, organisational skills and team spirit.
Languages: French required, any other language is an advantage.
Discreet and subject to professional secrecy
