Join the Franco'family for a weekend or a week to experience a great music festival from the inside! Good humour is the order of the day, between the public, the teams and the artists. The volunteers make the festival possible and shape it in their own image!

Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering
Dates and times for 2025:
Set-up: from 19 May to 5 June, for a morning, an afternoon, an evening or the whole day!
Festival: from 6 to 8 June on the Gaalgebierg site, lasting between 4 and 6 hours per day.
Dismantling: from 9 to 3 June
General information session: Tuesday 20 or 26 May at 6.30pm, in Esch or online
Volunteer briefing: Thursday 5 June at 6.30pm on site
Commitment :
Volunteers are expected to work between 4 and 6 hours a day, and we give priority to volunteers who are present for at least 2 or 3 days. Attendance at the briefing on Thursday is highly recommended, otherwise you'll need to arrive half an hour early (i.e. 1 hour in total) on the day of your mission for the briefing. Depending on the mission times you have chosen, you will need to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your mission. All the details will be sent to you afterwards.
Before, between or after your missions, you're free to enjoy the festival and set the mood in front of the stage or take advantage of the volunteer area to relax!
Duties:
Welcoming the public: selling tickets, scanning tickets, handing out wristbands, deposits, loading cashless wristbands, etc.
Accessibility: information and redirection of festival-goers, assistance for people with reduced mobility, management of vibrating waistcoats for the deaf and hard-of-hearing, car park management, green brigade, photobooth activities, etc.
Bar: serving and selling drinks and ice creams at the various bars, cleaning eco-cups, restocking drinks, etc.
Green Team: raising public awareness and implementing the festival's eco-responsible actions
Set-up and dismantling: helping the teams to set up the various elements of the stages, structures, tents, scenery, communication, etc.

Profile required:
Motivated people, interested in the arts and festivals, with an easy human contact, fluent in French and/or English (Luxembourgish is not essential, we can integrate some people who speak neither French nor English, do not hesitate to contact us).
Minimum age: 16.
