As part of the opening reception for the “Mémoire en Fil” exhibition, we are looking for event volunteers to assist with welcoming guests.
Main responsibilities:
Greeting guests with courtesy and professionalism
Serving beverages (alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, etc.) during the opening
Contributing to a smooth, calm, and respectful atmosphere
Ensuring the reception area remains clean and well-maintained
Desired profile:
A service-oriented attitude and a neat, professional appearance
Discretion, attentiveness, and respect for the public
Ability to adapt to an artistic and sensitive environment
Service experience is appreciated but not required
This event brings together a diverse audience (institutional, artistic, program participants). Particular attention is paid to the quality of the reception, in line with the project’s values: respect, attentiveness, knowledge sharing, and human engagement.
