Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering

Provide courses in French and Luxembourgish on:

- Setting up and managing an Asbl (once a month)
This programme will provide you with the knowledge you need to set up and manage an association.
- New law of 7 August 2023 on non-profit associations (if required)
This course will enable associations and foundations to bring their current articles of association into line with the new law referred to above.

Mission:

- To be present at the Agence du Bénévolat to lead the courses held in the late afternoon/early evening.
- Design and run face-to-face or video-conference training sessions.
- Produce a presentation aid
- Providing information on questions asked by participants during training sessions
- Providing legal support to NPOs and foundations on the subject of new regulations and the creation and management of an NPO.

Profile:

- Good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation on not-for-profit associations
- Professional experience of working with associations
- Teaching skills
- Fluency in Luxembourgish and French and, if possible, English
- A pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset
