Mobilizing people who don't move around much. Creating connections and movement within a small living structure.
Ideally, every other Thursday afternoon (other days possible), we would like to organize a gentle exercise class for people seeking or receiving international protection, most of whom have reduced mobility, are ill, or are elderly. This could take the form of small exercises or simple games. There are around 20 people in the shelter, aged between 1 month and 77 years old :-)
