Gaart an Heem Gasperich is looking for a volunteer treasurer.
Our gardening association Gaart an Heem Gasperich is looking for a volunteer treasurer to join our small team of volunteers.
We manage around 60 family gardens and also take care of renting out our clubhouse.
The treasurer’s tasks include:
- Managing transfers and payments together with the chairperson
- Handling invoices and deposits related to the rental of the chalet
- Sending out the annual invoices to the gardeners
- Preparing the association’s annual financial report
- Attending committee meetings (a few times a year)
Don’t worry: there will be a good introduction, and the handover will happen step by step.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable with numbers, and motivated to get involved in local community life. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly – and the time commitment is quite manageable.
