We are looking for volunteers who are willing to go at least once a week to the reception centres for asylum seekers in the municipalities of Bourscheid and Heiderscheid to teach a language (French and/or Luxembourgish) and/or offer recreational and sports activities.
Both facilities welcome men over the age of 18, who are single or who have come to Luxembourg without their families.
The most frequently encountered needs are language learning, professional integration and social integration through contact with the local community.
We are looking for people who are open to cultural diversity, flexible and willing to meet the residents of the structures to share a few hours a week. The North-South Cooperation team provides training, support and coordination to the volunteers.
