As a volunteer, you play an important role in making the event a success. Your role is to assist before, during, and after the competition so that children can showcase their gymnastics skills and so that Luxembourg demonstrates its ability to organize an international competition and welcome gymnasts from around the world.
Le Réveil Bettembourg is looking for motivated volunteers to help during the Christmas Gym Cup on November 15 and 16, 2025.
Whether you are a club member, parent, former gymnast, or just a sports enthusiast, your help is welcome!
Tasks include:
- Welcoming participants and spectators
- Setting up and taking down equipment
- Refreshment stand (selling food and drinks)
- Cafeteria: serving food to participants and volunteers
- Donating cakes for the sale
No experience required — just a good mood and the desire to be part of a great sporting event!
