Presentation of the opportunity for volunteering

The Schengen Peace Foundation is seeking volunteers to support its annual projects: the Luxembourg Peace Prize, the World Peace Forum, and Global Prospects.

A commitment of about one day per week would be very helpful. Volunteers will have the opportunity to contribute to international peace initiatives, support meaningful events, and work within a small team driven by a shared mission.

We are currently seeking assistance in the following areas:

Communication and Media

Social Media
Website Updates
Newsletter Writing
Photography and Video
PDF Creation and Publishing
Translation and Proofreading, particularly in English, French, German, and Luxembourgish

Events and Public Engagement

Event planning and logistics
Event facilitation and hosting
Recruiting speakers and award recipients

Partnerships and outreach

Stakeholder relations
Sponsor recruitment
Grant research and fundraising support

Operations and Administration

Accounting and Budgeting
Volunteer Coordination
Database/CRM Management Support
Impact Monitoring and Reporting
