The Schengen Peace Foundation is seeking volunteers to support its annual projects: the Luxembourg Peace Prize, the World Peace Forum, and Global Prospects. These are unpaid volunteer roles, and a commitment of around one day per week would already be very helpful.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to contribute to international peace-focused initiatives, support meaningful events, and work with a small, mission-driven team.
We are currently looking for assistance in the following areas:
Communications and Media
- Social media
- Website updates
- Newsletter writing
- Photography and video
- PDF creation and publishing
- Webex support during meeting 19 June 2026
- Translation and proofreading, especially English, French, German, and Luxembourgish
Events and Public Engagement
- Event planning and logistics
- MCing and event hosting for 19 June 2026
- Speaker and laureate research
Partnerships and Outreach
- Stakeholder relations
- Sponsorship outreach
- Grant research and funding support
Operations and Administration
- Accounts and budgeting
- Database/CRM support
- Impact tracking and reporting

The Foundation contributes to the construction of a more peaceful world by promoting peace, tolerance, and understanding through multicultural dialogue with the help of discussions, publications, exhibits and workshops, internet platforms, encounters, exchange and education programs as well as studies about peace.
