We are seeking a dynamic female volunteer to lead Zumba and fitness sessions for the residents of the home. The aim is to promote well-being, relaxation and group cohesion through accessible and enjoyable physical activity.
Zumba/Fitness class once a week in the morning for one hour. Day to be agreed, but not at weekends. The activity is to be run independently. The audience will be exclusively women.
