As part of its action to support voluntary organisations, the Agence du Bénévolat is organising an information session, in partnership with SOCIALware, on IT solutions at reduced prices.

The Agence du Bénévolat and SOCIALware will answer the following questions:

How to work better, create and communicate at reduced (or even non-existent) costs for your organisation?

SOCIALware, a non-profit organisation set up in 2007, helps organisations to equip themselves with the technology they need to carry out their mission. Free of charge or at a very low price, SOCIALware offers access to a multitude of software, hardware and IT services via quality partners such as Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Amazon Web Services, Autodesk, Norton and many more.

 How to develop the visibility of your organisation among the general public and find volunteers?

The Agence du Bénévolat's mission is to promote and develop volunteer work in Luxembourg among public authorities, organisations calling for volunteer work and the general public. The benevolat.lu platform of the Agence du Bénévolat allows organisations to present themselves to the general public, to publish offers of voluntary work and to find volunteers. Registration on the platform is free.

Programme :

• From 17:45: Welcome
• 18:00: Introduction of the Agence du Bénévolat
• 18:15: Presentation of the SOCIALware programme. The SOCIALware team will detail its programme of IT donations in terms of software (collaboration, cybersecurity, management and more), hardware and IT services.
• 7pm: Q&A. The Agence du Bénévolat and SOCIALware will answer your questions.
• 7.30 pm: Closing of the evening

The evening will be held in French. The reception will take place from 5.45 p.m. in the premises of the Agence du Bénévolat located at 103, route d'Arlon, L-8009 Strassen.

Audience & prerequisites

• Any association wishing to discover the services offered by the Agence du Bénévolat and SOCIALware.
• No prerequisites are required.

Practical details

• Some free parking spaces.
• Please be present 15 minutes before the start of the course.

• Possibility to register until the day of the course, subject to availability.
