Our legal advisor will tell you about the steps you need to take to manage an association.

    • Understand the relationships and interactions between the general assembly and the board of directors.
    • Recognize the importance of the agenda for the proper functioning of the board of directors and the general assembly.
    • Principles of governance for a non-profit organization: joint decision-making and delegation of authority.
    • The importance of the agenda for the validity and regularity of the general meeting's deliberations.

    • Please send us:  the name of your association and its RCS number, as well as three specific questions relating to the governance of your non-profit organization that you would like answered during the training session.
    • We reserve the right to study your application and get back to you if necessary.
    • A certificate of participation can be provided upon request.
    • Parking: residential area (paid) - Bus 15
    • Please be present 15 minutes before the start of the course.
    • Registration is limited to 1 person/association, as the number of places is limited.
    • To register, please fill in the registration form, giving us the name of your association and its RCS number, as well as 3 specific questions relating to the governance of your association that you would like answered during the course.
    • Confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
