This course will give you the knowledge you need to set up an association. You will learn about the legal bases and understand the rules for setting up an association, the basic elements you need to know to launch your association, etc.

• Understand the basic operating principles and the role of the various bodies (Board of Directors, General Meeting)

• Types of, and liability of, members
• Drafting and approval of articles of association
• Appointment of directors
• Minutes
• Formalities relating to the organisation of General Meetings and Board Meetings
