This course will enable you to expand your knowledge of how to manage an association. You will review the legal bases and understand the role of the various players (members, general meeting, board of directors, executive committee, etc.) and key moments in the management of an association (general meeting, annual accounts).

Our legal advisor will tell you about the steps you need to take to manage an association.

  • Advice and guidance on updating the Articles of Association (no drafting at the meeting)
  • Appointment of directors
  • Minutes
  • Formalities relating to the organisation of General Meetings and Board Meetings
  • Liability of members, etc.
  • Our lawyer answers your specific questions about your activities. The limited number of participants also makes it possible to exchange and develop one's network within the framework of mutual aid or future joint projects.

Prerequisite

  • Kindly send us: the name of your Association and its RCS number, as well as 3 specific questions relating to the management of your Asbl and for which you would like an answer during the training course.
  • We reserve the right to study your application and get back to you if necessary.

Evaluation

  • A certificate of participation can be provided upon request.

  • A few free parking slots.
  • Please be present 15 minutes before the start of the course.

  • Registration is limited to 1 person/association, as the number of places is limited.
  • To register, please fill in the registration form, giving us the name of your association and its RCS number, as well as 3 specific questions relating to the management of your association that you would like answered during the course.
