Our mission: to encourage, facilitate and promote the engagement of volunteers in an organisation.

Presentation of our organisation

Our missions :

- To put volunteers and organisations in touch with each other;
- To promote voluntary work in organisations;
- To help organisations strengthen the recognition and development of their volunteers.

Our main activities :

- Orientation and information for people interested in volunteering;
- Online publication of the organisations' volunteer opportunities;
- Searching for volunteers to meet the needs of those working in the field;
- Raising awareness and providing support in terms of volunteer management to improve the acquisition and retention of volunteers;
- Legal information on the creation and management of a non-profit organisation;
- Raising the awareness of public authorities, organisations that call on volunteers and the general public about civic commitment;
- The promotion of volunteering through the awarding of the "Mérite du Bénévolat" prize and the "BÉNÉVOLAT" quality label.

A European dimension:

As a member of the European Volunteer Centre (CEV) and the Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Freiwilligenagenturen e.V. (bagfa), the Agence du Bénévolat contributes to the support and promotion of volunteering at European level.
